The group of highly skilled craftsmen have stepped up their game for for 2013 giving us some new styles that are simply amazing in hand. Here are some pics that can hopefully share that.

These are not off the shelf parts. Each one is custom crafted on a factory core steering wheel. This opens up options that are simply not there in mass production, allowing you to personalize it to your style matching the car etc.

Some of the recent examples are here. Some are simply re-sculpted with all black leather and sticking. One there has Midnight blue and Grey stitching to match the exterior and interior colors of the vehicle. We even did one for the TurboX that brings in the carbon "rally" ring on the top to accent the carbon trim. The stitching is the Swedish flag colors tying in some Viggen heritage along the way.

The sculpted wheels are $499, Multicolor stitching is additional $23, Alcantatra Partial is $44 and the Cast in place Carbon center marker ring is $99 (available in multiple colors including red, blue, silver.) Since these are handcrafted to order they take some time. We need a batch of 5. Built from a plain core factory steering wheel. You can find one or we can locate you one for an additional cost.

After the success of our first couple group buy for these custom wheels we are going to move continue offering them. The only problem last time was waiting for cores so this time we are doing them 5 at a time.

The Custom steering wheels are built from plain cores. They do not have to be a sport wheel to start but can be. We can do them for any car with a core wheel. You can source a spare or we can arrange it. (Call Goldwing or Search on car-part.com, you should even have the core sent directly to us to expedite things.) Make sure it is the correct one before, be one fancy paperweight if it is wrong;) These are just a few samples of the various combinations.

The pricing will vary based on all leather or Leather carbon. Sport grips are standard to both. Single color stitching options are no extra cost Multiple colors extra. Euro stitching is recommended. Maybe a special "Viggen" edition with blue and gold stitching?

Last time around the cores took a while to get here. This wont be tolerated this time around. Firm dates will be kept. The cores for the sculpted wheels can be plain or sport. Last time I swapped all the Sport wheels with local customers and sent in the plain wheels. It all gets redone anyway no sense in wasting it. Just grab a plain wheel. The alcantara wheel is not reshaped so it is what it is. I can get cores from Goldwing, last time they were around $50 since we can take the ugly ones.

The carbon is not an exact match to factory so consider that	.	Cores can be plain rubber, leather or sport leather. Here are two 9-5 wheels as an example. They could be 9-3 or even Subaru though.
