Nice replacement over stock. The original insert was starting to peel, which caused a rough feeling in my hand. Replacing it with this unit, I can tell you that the GS insert has a nice smooth feel to it (without feeling slippery or slick), and gives the impression of a weighted shifter. It really cleans up the look of the shifter assembly too.
