The shift knob is a perfect fit and the textured one I got feels great in the hand.
Taking the old one off is as bad as getting to the oil pressure sensor in these cars. I had to get an angle grinder to remove the old one because the tapping screw method didn't work - glue was too strong i guess
BUT once that old one is off and new one on, the work was totally worth it!
