Installed in my 95 2001 Aero. Car has 175,000 miles I instaled this kit 25,000 miles ago. I have owned the car since new and I just wish that Saab had designed it this way in the first place.
This kit is a GREAT imrovement in shifting. Unbelievabel how good the trans feels with this new shifter.
I installed it in the housing and it was really easy. I used a large oval file to make the modifications to the hole and it worked really well you don't need a dremel. I also drilled the hole in the side to get to the bottom bolt to reinstall.
Get a new lower shifter bushing when you install. Cheap insurance.....it actually should or could come with the kit.
Congrats Nick......this is a wonderful product it would be a bargain at 2x the price [don't raise the price Nick!]. If this was for a Posche it would cost $300.
If youi have a stick.....install one now.
