Installed in my 99 Viggen, also equipped with the GS trans mount.
Easily one of the most instantly gratifying modifications you can do to these cars. Shifting is much more direct, and most, if not all, of the rubbery feel of the stock shifter/bearing mount is gone. External grease fitting will be nice down the road. Installation isn't "hard," but does require you to be patient. Keep in mind you will have to modify the shifter base to use this, so be sure to have at least a dremel or similar rotary tool if not a die grinder. The linkage bolt IS possible to remove, and I recommend drilling a hole in the shifter base so that you can fit a socket extension through and make quick work of the reinstall.
