Wasn't sure how much of a difference it would make, especially since the rubber mounts weren't in real bad shape. Have to say it worked nicely, bit more solid feel the the shifts, now I need to order the cable reinforcement.

Couple of things: Instructions said I would need 8mm socket for mounts, on my 2010 it was a 10mm. While the front portion of the air vent slid out nicely the back portion that blocked the right rear bolt did not come out (at least not for me) and it was a bit more difficult to reach, used a flexible ratchet extension to get in there.
