Installation is quick and easy. 5 bolts and the shifter is out once you have taken the center console out.
Setup is the key part though, you will need 2 people to adjust the shifter linkage and get everything lined up properly. I noticed some rubbing when shifting 1-2 and a bit of a clunk from the linkage hitting on the side, not too sure if that is because of adjustment or what.
Performance is awesome though, the shift pattern is very tight and tiny. I would recommend this product.
