Much improved feel and mechanics of the item for sure. Deleting the reverse lock is WONDERFUL. Shipping was fast and core return is simple. Documents to return are a little out of date. Largest gripe is instructions. There are none. The picture montage will only get you so far. Took a little bit of logic and photo sleuthing to determine what was being done, what parts were removed or whatever. Finding out that drilling a hole in the base may have been necessary was not a pleasant surprise. I still did it without. Difficult but doable for those with dexterity and flexibility. Also the re-install photo montage is not in complete order. Had to look to forums for assistance on issues like how to remove shifter and certain trim items. Super-fast on the shipment. Takes a bit of time but if you are mechanically inclined you can do this.
