I installed the BSR 2.5” Catback exhaust on my wife’s 98’ 900SE, replacing the original exhaust. I installed it with the 3” downpipe. The exhaust appeared well built and the installation was easy. With the 3” downpipe the exhaust sound is a bit louder than stock, but I think it sounds great. One comment, the picture shows the middle muffler as being black powder coated and the muffler is chrome with black powder coat on the ends. My muffler was completely black powder coated except for the tail pipe. The middle muffler was stainless steel without the black powder coating. This is not a complaint, just an observation. Overall, it is a very nice exhaust and I would recommend it.
