Installation was straight forward. The only tricky part was reinstalling the new shifter ball into the shifter rod, otherwise no issues.
Only slightly shortens the throw, but there is a much more positive feel. Shifting is tighter and notchier as well. It will improve overall driving experience. Highly recommended.
