Feels like a different transmission. Only slightly shortens the throw but makes it much notchier and direct. Super easy to install. Just two things, you need to be able to cut through a piece of steel about a third inch thick. And use a belt when you snap the shifter back into the ball joint! If ever any problems, the guys at Taliaferro are angels sent from God above. Great product, even better customer service. Thanks, Nick.
