High quality piece that was very easy to install. Other than a drill to get the holes a little larger, no special tools were needed. I did need to "help" the brace into place but nothing that caused any headaches. The install gallery is great as well for reference. My brace only came with enough washers for the rivet tool and the fasteners were all Allen heads. If this is the updated design, you will need Allen sockets to properly torque the bolts. I put the brace on a week after I had a new trans installed along with drop springs and new control arms/bushings. I didn't notice a huge improvement to handling with all the other mods already on the car but it did tighten up the steering feel.
NOTE: The lowest point of the brace sits only 4 inches from the ground at basically stock ride height. Road debris and roadkill beware!
