I have just returned from another ride on a mountain road, just because it is once again, fun. It is a joy to smile at curves I used to brake for.
The rear anti-roll bar is a good first upgrade. I am no expert, and it was a relatively easy job done from ramps.
Dismounting the old bar was easy, though it took a little figuring to remove the old bolt plates around the brake lines, as there isn't much room. I also filed the plastic clips holding the brake lines a bit, so that the new bar fit right.
The difference is fantastic! My '00 9-3 base model takes curves more flatly, and the understeer tendency is gone. Like I said, it makes me smile.
