Until the ARB arrives go to your Saab each night and hit the 4 bolts you need to undo with WD-40, trust me in saying that trying to remove the 4 bolts with snapped off heads with be one of the most frustrating things you will do. The day you want to install this, go for a drive first. I suggest going on curved highway on and off ramps and really paying attention to how the car handles in the corner. Also whilst on a straight road try changing gear at slightly higher RPM's than you normally do and again pay attention to how the rear bogs down. Now that you have a feel for how your car handles, undo your freshly WD-40'd bolts and install your new ARB following the instructions provided. Once you have completed the install, jump in and drive on the same roads you did earlier and marvel at the difference. This is one of the best, noticeable, awesome parts you could install.
