Buy this for your car!
My brother installed the 7/8\" one on a stock 98 900SE and it was a world of difference. I later installed the 1\" on my 95 900SE with the Vogtland springs from here and Bilstein HD shocks. Fantastic upgrade! I suggest the 7/8\" for typical applications. The 1\" creates slight over steer (very fun with snow tires on!) which is manageable but not recommended for road use.
