This product is a great replacement for those crappy looking plastic shift knobs. This accents the inside of your car a lot better. It will take you some time to replace this knob because you have the strip away the old plastic applicater. It took me a good hour with a knife and screwdriver, but it was worth the time. Overall, well made product.
