Replaces torque arm bushing for the transmission. If you ever see the stock rubber one you'll see why this helps. Reduces bucking caused by the transmission rocking (when you go on and off the gas pedal). Shifts are more decisive. Shifts into 5th got easier. Reverse became more difficult (no problem if I shift into another gear first). Didn't notice an increase in vibration.

And the flash of orange looks pretty cool. Easy install.
