Here's the rear line instruction. This is more of a pain than the front mainly because space is tight. I did this on a M95 900.

Tools Needed:
Jack and Jack Stands
Drain pan
17mm Open-End Wrench
10,13mm Flare (Brake Line) Wrench
13,17mm Socket
Channel Locks
Torque Wrench

Jack up rear of vehicle and secure with jack stands.

Remove center cap and wheel/tire assembly (flat blade screwdriver and 17mm socket

Place drain pan under control arm, the brake fluid will leak on to the control arm and run down to its lowest point.

Disconnect the solid brake line from the caliper to the flexible line at the bracket on the control arm (10mm flare wrench).

Remove bracket that holds flexible brake line to control arm (13mm socket).

Remove clip securing flexible brake line to bracket (channel locks).

Remove solid brake line from brake limit valve (a cylinder just upstream from the flexible brake line)(13mm flare wrench).

Remove brake limit valve (17mm wrench).

Remove clip holding flexible brake line to mounting point (channel locks).

Install SS line into mounting bracket, secure with clip.

Reinstall brake limit valve (17mm wrench).

Reinstall solid brake line to brake limit valve (13mm flare wrench).

Install other end of SS line into bracket (19,24mm wrench).

Install bracket onto control arm (13mm socket).

Install solid brake line from caliper to SS line (10mm flare wrench).

Bleed brakes

Reinstall wheel/tire assembly (17mm socket, torque wrench).

Remove jack stands and lower vehicle.
