The Car = 1999 9-3 Coupe hard top!
the big review is at the bundle kit (step one kit) area, you can read my review there,
here's a sampler for this bushing,
better response on turns, and better feedback when the car is leaninginto turns.
its cheap and very easy to do yourself, simply put (WHY NOT?!? its only $12.75) and its an upgreade to the crappy rubber ones from factory
you might need to change the ARB endlinks as mine both snapped due to rust and wear!!
