Just had this installed at the dealer while my 2000 Viggen 5-door was in for brakes and other routine stuff, so I can't comment on the installation, but let me say, WOW! It almost feels like the shifter has a gate. From gear to gear, a solid engagement, much less sloppiness, no rocking the car to get it into reverse. Vibrations or noise....sure there is some at idle, but who cares! You buy and install this mount to enhance the driving experience. My Viggen would pop out of gear on bumpy roads with the stock rubber mount. Nick and the gang sell great products, don't put this off any longer...a must have for the Viggen, along with steering rack and brace, 22mm rear ARB, 6-point brace and of course good, XL sidewall rated tires. Bushings, top strut brace, new struts and springs are all on the horizon, then its time to tune the engine!
