Do it. This was the first of the mounts that I replaced and it really does help out. Pretty easy DIY job. At about 116k, my OE mounts had definitely seen better days. Only problem is, once you start replacing bushings/mounts and seeing how beat they are, you won't be satisfied until you replace them all.
