I was starting to HATE my car simply because the shifter was vague and almost unreliable when you were braking and downshifting. Even worse when braking, downshifting and turning. After removing my original mount (by simply pushing it lightly with my thumb after removing the dogbone) and pressing the new one in... I can FINALLY drive the car normally without the worry of a gear not being there because of tranny movement. The ads for my car are no longer valid. It's a great car to drive thanks to this mount.
