a created by genius part. Welds were clean, going to paint it black to match rest of motor. I feel this part isnt really about increasing performance off the bat, just allows oxygen to flow without obstruction (for example at speed). MPG's have gone up. Frees up the black pipe off the copper valve which comes off the valve cover (instead of that cheap plastic junk)...
