Installation wasn't as easy as I had hoped. You have to play around with the shifters position to gain access to many of the washers/bushings. I would recommend removing the driver's side kick panel cover as well to gain better access to the washers located at the top left. Overall, this product made a significant difference. There is much less side to side slop when shifting. Much of the rubbery feel has gone as well. I would highly recommend this product, even better when used in conjunction with the short shifter.
