I installed this around the same time that I did my trans mount and control arm bushings. Really helps tighten things up and improves shifting feel. Your OE mounts are probably as saggy as mine, so do your car a favor and replace them. It'll thank you. Slight vibration in the wheel at idle, but pretty minor compared to how much nicer shifting is.
