I had problems with the exhaust system vibrating against a brace, that is now fixed with the installation of this motor mount. It added almost no new/additional engine vibration or noise to the car and was relatively easy to install on my 2000 Viggen. Also it seems to have helped reduce the tramlining under hard acceleration but I have need to spend more time with it to know the full extent of this improvement. I can strongly recommend this item.
