Fits well once you get the airbox out. Make sure you make some sort of splash guard. The bottom of the filter is only a few inches above the level of the front lip. I used an old trash plastic trash can and a few zip ties. The sound alone is worth the money. You can only hear it when you have windows open or the cabin is in complete silence. Throttle response it better and it feels like it gave a few midrange horses.
