This was a great mod for the money. Makes a noticable difference in the feel of the stock shifter, and reduces some of the notchy-ness. The instructions are clear, but I highly recommend removing the left side console cover and metal brace as well, as it makes the left side bushings much easier to get at. If you use the extension for them all and work from above, you could easily scratch the console above. Also, when trying to get the stock rubber bushing out, use a second screwdriver to lightly pry the shifter base up, and then push from the side with another.....voila!
