I already have the upgraded trans mount installed, and went ahead and installed this mount on my 03 cv auto. It doesnt fit quite right on the auto, so it's certainly geared more to a manual. I notice a reduction in some engine flex feel I had come to expect under certain situations. That certainly is nice and comforting, however the amount of vibration increase was far more than I expected. It feels like a deisel car, and when I flip on the A/C its like riding a lawnmower. All in all I would say it's probably not worth it unless you have what GS recommends it for or you have a seriously damaged mount already.
