quite simply one of the best parts I've added to my car!
I never liked the stock plastic parts and this replaces all of them plus shortens the throw and tightens up the shifts.
also the reverse key removal is eliminated, though after having 3 Saab's I still put it in reverse when I park.
whether stock or upgraded this is a must have piece for your car!
