Installed the engine mount with the help of TSLers @ Carlilsle '07, and it made a major difference. Less engine rotation, and better shifting. Add the Sport transmission mount after the OEM mount failed, and the car now feels complete.
I am glad I replaced the engine mount prior to transmission mount, as I probably would not have purchased both.
I highly suggest both mounts. The difference is night and day, and I feel more confident shifting under load.
