Great motivational part to install. Excellent GenuineSaab craftsmanship makes install a pleasure, and boost confidence in mechanical aptitude.
Don't throw away the original air box and/or fasteners. The induction sound may be overwhelming for some people. Most people who look into this modification and dive in, will appreciate it. You will "hear" what the compressor and recirc valve is doing.
Note: A fast ticking sound may ensue after the install. Apparently it is benign - it is that of a purge valve that is connected to the shield and vibrations translated into audible clicking.
