I installed on my 2002 9-5 Aero (automatic trans). The install was relatively straight forward and took maybe an hour with the help of a friend. Unlike others, I'm not very impressed with the sound. Almost sounds like I'm dragging cardboard on the ground when the turbo spools. Nothing like the sound of my 900 SPG when the turbo spools. Also didn't notice any change in performance. Also, when it rains, I'm noticing that I get engine sputter... so I need to make a splash guard to help deflect the water that may be getting sucked into the intake.
The only other mod that I have on the engine is an aftermarket exhaust. Thinking about upgrading the ECU but thus far, not impressed with my 9-5 Aero's performance and I'm a loyal Saab guy. I'll give this 3 stars only because the cost was low and it was easy to install.
