Installed last weekend. Just as advertised, "torque steer" is gone...completely. Well worth it. Excellent construction and quality.
My only gripes are lack of instructions for a non-mechanically inclined noob like me. I managed to install the clamp upside down at first, despite printing out the install pics from the gallery (tip: the big hole goes on bottom bolt). It needed some convincing to line up, I actually had to bolt in the brace side first, then tighten the clamp. Once that was straightened out, I was good to go.
Maybe a quick instruction list included would be helpful, listing steps, and tools needed (10 mm, 13mm, 17mm sockets). The rear bar I ordered at the same time includes an install sheet.
Overall, I highly recommend the brace and Taliaferro as a vendor-- great products, quality, and service. I'm trying to convince my wife I need to drive out to MI to do a Nordic upgrade for my mid-life crisis.
