After putting 55,000 miles on my 2002 Viggen the shifting was getting downright irritating. The shifter moved so much that one had to wait for the engine and transmission to "settle" before moving the shifter. Any attempt at "sporty" driving was quickly halted by a mis-shift. I decided that I would tolerate it no more and gave this mount a try ...

... and what a difference! The shifter actually goes where I put it! No mis-shifts, no "slop", and no waiting for the engine and transmission to "settle" in order to change gears. It feels like a shifter should feel.

Vibration? I was expecting a fair amount and suprisingly I could barely feel a change. The vibration just feels like it used to when I had the A/C on. It's a very very slight increase, but it disappears completely as soon as the engine RPM climbs up away from idle thanks to those lovely Saab counter-rotating ballance shafts.

I highly reccomend this upgrade for any high powered Saab; there are so many other upgrades that you will have to strain just to be able to feel. But this is one you will notice the first time you accellerate away after installing it!
