The difference was night and day, shifting from gear to gear at WOT is a piece of cake now whereas before you felt like you had to rip the shifter out of place and slam it into the next gear. My shift time as been cut in half due to the absolutely precise feeling this little upgrade gives the transmission. I notice absolutely NO added vibrations in the car, my Aero is still smooth as glass at idle. I'd recommend this upgrade to anyone who drives a manual shift 9-5!
