NECESSITIES
There are certain necessities in life we all come to realize and as a Saab owner this is one of them; if not one of two. The addition of this engine mount in combination with the GS trans. mount has stabilized the engine beyond measure. Finally, the manual trans. has a positive feel to it. Gone is the occasional gear grind into 3rd as the stock mount, although not broken in a literal sense, was certainly worn out. The only trick to the installation is to loosen the trans. mount enough to allow the engine to shift position as needed to fit this bad boy. If you don’t install both the GS Sport Engine Mount and the GS Trans. Mount you are missing out, especially you manual transmission jockeys. This application is perfect for bone stock to high output aftermarket soup jobs. Kudos to the folks at GS for finding yet another point of OEM weakness and providing a solution.
