The difference is noticeable. It seemed like the shifts became more and more smooth as I became used to it. The first thing I noticed was the rougher idle. I thought I had installed something else wrong (as I did this along with other work on the car). It's a little alarming at first going from super smooth idling to a bit of a vibration. The idle may be more noticeable with a convertible. Great shift improvement. The stock mount is just a wobbly piece of rubber. This is a great improvement.
