Just picked up the car from the dealer who installed the unit. What a difference! Might as well be a different transmission altogether. My only regret, as another review stated, is that I didn'd to this years ago having owned by 03' Aero for almost 7 years. The shifting is a bit notchy but I am putting that down to a need for break in. Even if it remains this way I am very happy with the result.
