This is a good upgrade to the stock bushing on my 2000 Aero. The stock bushing is very soft and allows the transmission to move under braking making it hard to shift. This bushing is very firm and tightens up the shift linkage. Shifts are much better especially going into third gear, there is no noticeable extra vibrations.
