I just picked up my '99 9-3 this morning... I should say MY NEW CAR! This Sport Transmission Mount as well as the Short-throw Shifter has completely changed my 9-3's driving dynamics (67K miles) so much so the guys at the dealership wanted to keep it a little more to "verify the test drives"!

I haven't noticed any vibrations, save the one going of in my chest as I sit in disbelief at how well my car shifts now.
