Installed the Version 2 downpipe at the same time as the Saab Sport Exhaust on my 2001 9-3. I am very happy with everything, it looks great, sounds awesome, and performs beautifully. The service from GenuineSaab was amazing, quick correspondence with email questions and some of the fastest shipping I have ever experienced in close to 10 years modding cars.

Coupled with the sports exhaust it sounds amazing, so nice I have been driving around with my windows down in 45 degree weather all week.

The performance gain from the downpipe is quite noticeable, it spools the turbo almost immediately, and peak boost holds higher than it used to. Where the stock gauge used to peak about 1/2 way through the yellow section, now it stops just before the red.

I will say I miss the surge of building torque that I used to feel (I'm thinking a reprogrammed ECU will fix that). It almost felt slower at first, but I notice it really picks up speed a lot faster now; I've mistaken 3rd gear for 2nd accelerating from around 45 a few times...
