Bought this along with some other non-sport mounts. Had them all replaced one time. Definite improvement over the stock mount. Even with the normal mounts to offset the stiffness of this; there is a slight vibration increase while on the brake in Drive (Like at a red light). Idle in Neutral or Park has less vibration than with the old broken mounts which I would have expected. All in all, an excellent investment as the urethane insert can be replaced when excessive wear occurs. A plus is that you can see this beauty from under the car ;)
